STALLHOLDERS

Stalls are located amongst the gum trees in the beautiful Kangaroo Valley Showground, creating a wonderful village atmosphere. A variety of stalls adds greatly to the colour and vibrancy of the festival.

Entry to the showground is restricted to ticket holders.
Over the weekend, we cater to a combined crowd of audience, performers and volunteers of around 2,000.

Food stalls are required to remain open on Friday and Saturday evening until 9pm.

At Kangaroo Valley Folk Festival we are all about sustainability. Please read and agree to our Stallholder Guidelines below before you apply.

Stallholder Guidelines
Packaging and waste
At KVFF we're taking action to cut down waste and care for our environment. As a stallholder we would like you to help us to reduce the amount of waste generated at the festival.
-
Please minimize the amount of packaging provided.
-
Always promote the use of “KVFF Ugly mugs” or BYO mugs. Single use takeaway cups are not to be provided.
-
All packaging and utensils must be recyclable or compostable (e.g bamboo cutlery, cardboard plates, paper bags).
-
This year we’ll be encouraging people to bring their own plates and utensils to the festival. We’d appreciate food vendors supporting this where possible by serving food and drinks on BYO plates and cups when requested.
-
When disposing of your own waste please separate the compostable waste, recyclable items and general waste.
-
Bottled water is not to be sold & plastic bags are not to be distributed in accordance with the Kangaroo Valley sustainability program. Chilled water is available for free at the bar and water stations will be provided around the festival site.

Tickets
-
Market stalls will receive 2 weekend wristbands for any size stall.
-
Food/beverage stalls will receive weekend wristbands for each of their paid staff. You will be asked to provide the number of adult & youth tickets you will require. These passes are for staff actively working at the festival only. Vendor passes are non-transferable and not to be used as free entry for friends or family.
-
17 years and under are free.
Site Info and Camping
-
Stalls are placed at the discretion of the stall coordinators. All requests for placement will be considered but are not guaranteed.
-
Stallholders will be allowed to camp at the showground along with performers and volunteers. Depending on your site allocation, you may not get to camp/park directly next to your stall.
-
Camping with full facilities is available next door at Glenmack Caravan Park at your own expense.
-
Vehicles inside the festival site cannot be moved during the festival. For food vendors needing to restock throughout the festival, stall coordinators will communicate the process with each stallholder.
A final note…
If you have feedback about anything to do with location, process etc - we appreciate constructive, respectful feedback. Please note that, besides the performers & sound people, everyone working at the festival, including all of the organising committee, are volunteers who are trying to do the best for your business and the festival.
