WHERE TO STAY
There are options for all tastes and budgets for Festival goers coming from near and far.

Unfortunately, camping is not allowed at the Showground festival site but other options are close by as listed below:

A stones throw or a slight stagger from the Festival Showground you will find camping and cabins at Glenmack Park. It's a great place for the family with a pool and activities for kids. It books out early, so be quick.

Cabins and limited camping are also available at Holiday Haven Kangaroo Valley near Hampden Bridge about 1.7 km and a flat walk from the festival site.

Free camping is available at Bendeela Recreation Area, 8km from the village, along Bendeela Rd. Bookings are now required, $6 booking fee. Amenities are basic (toilets but no showers) and dogs are not allowed. Please drive slowly at night because there is a lot of wildlife on the road. This year there is no bus running to Bendeela.
Cabins are available at Kangaroo Valley Golf & Country Resort, 390 Mt Scanzi Road, 4.5 km from the festival site.
Wildes Boutique Hotel is recently renovated.
Kangaroo Valley has many other accommodation options including motels, B&B’s and holiday cabins. Renting a cottage for the weekend is a very economical option for groups. For more information go to Visit Kangaroo Valley , Kangaroo Valley Getaways or Kangaroo Valley Escapes.

Accommodation is also listed on HomeAway and Wotif.

The nearest large town is Nowra/Bomaderry, only 25 minutes drive. Pet friendly camping for campervans and caravans (no tents) at Nowra Showground.
